We visit, measure and agree the brief, then propose the layout and the finishes: pool tile, paving, stone and planting.

Our design department prepares 3D views for your approval and the shop drawings that go to the authorities.

How we build a pool
Photos from our own sites. Our crews fix the steel, spray the gunite and lay the tile themselves, checked against the approved drawings at each stage.

Bulk excavation for a community pool shell.

Waterproofing
Membrane laid to the pool base before the reinforcement cage.

Steel fixing
Floor mesh tied inside the shell, with spacers set to cover.

Gunite
Gunite sprayed over double mesh to form the walls and floor.

Plaster and screed
Pool walls plastered once the shell has cured.

Tiling

Zaitona, since 2008
Al Zaitona Technical Services L.L.C. started in Dubai in 2008 installing swimming pools. Today we take a project from the first drawing to handover with our own engineers, designers and site crews.

Which areas do you work in?

Do you handle the approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and submissions and follow them through to the NOC, work permit and inspection with Dubai Municipality, the Dubai Development Authority, RTA, Nakheel, Trakhees and Dubai Holding.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. Our design department prepares the layout and 3D views for your approval, and you receive an itemised quotation before anything is built.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our own engineers, designers and crews do the work: steel fixers, carpenters, tile layers, plumbers, electricians, pool and landscape technicians. Pergolas and louvres are made in our own aluminium workshop.

Can you renovate an existing pool or garden?

Yes. After the final inspection and handover we can look after the pool and garden if you want us to.
